Return Policy

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt and require seller approval.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, including the original packaging, warranty information, parts, instructions, and all accessories.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not returned in acceptable condition.
• Defective or missing parts will be replaced or exchanged only.
• We cannot offer refunds for opened items that are not defective.
• A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
• In some situations, buyers may be responsible for return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees. These costs may be deducted from the refund.

Return Instructions
Please return the item in its original packaging. Make sure all plastic bags and protective materials covering the parts are kept in place to prevent the faucet from being damaged during shipping.

Please also include a copy of your Faucet888 invoice showing the order number and the reason for the return. If you are requesting an exchange, please include the item you would like to exchange it for.

For exchanges, the new shipping charge will be sent to you through PayPal.

Please send the package with tracking or Delivery Confirmation and keep your tracking information until the return has been completed.
