Refund policy

Here is our  Return Policy:
Return or exchange of merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt of item's with sellers approval.
Returned item's must be in original condition, including packaging, warranty, parts, instructions, etc.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in acceptable condition !
Defective or missing parts  will be replaced or exchanged only.
We cannot offer refunds for opened item's that are not defective.  
A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed.

Please make sure to send the item back to me in it's original package and make sure all of the plastic bags that's covering the parts are on it so we don't get the faucet damage by shipping, along in the box please print out your Faucet888 invoice with order # and the reason for return or the item you want to exchange to, A new shipping charge will be send to you via paypal if is for a exchange, Item must be sent back with tracking or Delivery Confirmation.

A re-stocking fee will be apply to cover the shipping charge and handling fee.

"In some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from their refund."
